La distribution non sp�cifique et la toxicit� des petites mol�cules m�dicamenteuses pr�c�demment identifi�es, ainsi que la courte demi-vie d'un grand nombre de ces produits th�rapeutiques modernes, ont constitu� une force motrice majeure pour le d�veloppement de plateformes polym�riques d'administration de m�dicaments.
