Esse trabalho de conclus�o de curso teve como objetivo realizar um estudo aprofundado do texto de Colossenses 1.16 atrav�s de uma exegese b�blica, de modo a apresentar Jesus Cristo como criador de todas as coisas nos c�us e na terra, as vis�veis e as invis�veis. Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada foi a bibliogr�fica, fundamentando-se nas ideias de outros autores que discorreram sobre o tema, bem como atrav�s de pesquisas, investiga��es em livros, internet e principalmente atrav�s das Sagradas Escrituras. Foi utilizado o texto na sua l�ngua original e em diversas vers�es na l�ngua portuguesa, sendo realizadas an�lises manuscritol�gica, morfol�gica, sint�tica e lexicogr�fica do texto. Tamb�m foram realizados coment�rios teol�gicos aplic�veis � vida cotidiana. Por fim, conclui-se que o texto analisado refor�a o ensino b�blico claro de que Jesus Cristo � o �nico Criador de todas as coisas que existem nos c�us e na terra, sejam elas vis�veis ou invis�veis e, por isso, a Ele pertencem todo louvor e adora��o.
