Une crise consid�r�e par beaucoup comme la pire depuis la Grande D�pression, et la premi�re � l'�chelle d'un monde globalis�, a atteint en 2008 les syst�mes financiers mondiaux et l'�conomie mondiale. Ce moment cl� de l'histoire apportera-t-il de nouvelles r�gles aux entreprises ? Comment affectera-t-il les strat�gies de croissance des entreprises ? Dans cette �tude, nous avons d�velopp� une recherche bas�e sur deux cons�quences cl�s qui d�coulent de cette crise: (1) de nouveaux syst�mes de r�gulation; et (2) de nouvelles perceptions des parties prenantes sur les pratiques manag�riales. Nous �valuons l'impact qu'un changement de l'environnement des entreprises est susceptible d'avoir sur les strat�gies de croissance des entreprises. Nous constatons que le co�t de la dette, les syst�mes de r�mun�ration des dirigeants � long terme et l'aversion au risque des actionnaires sont susceptibles d'augmenter dans le "nouvel environnement normal" des entreprises. Les conclusions sont susceptibles d'engendrer de nouveaux crit�res de r�f�rence pour les investisseurs financiers, de sorte que l'�valuation des performances des entreprises publiques s puisse �tre adapt�e � un nouvel ensemble d'indicateurs. Il est essentiel de trouver le bon positionnement des entreprises au d�but d'un nouvel environnement commercial. Cette �tude soutiendra les nouveaux crit�res de r�f�rence et la vision manag�riale � long terme de la comp�titivit� et de la r�ussite des entreprises.
