A implementa��o de redes de Bragg nestas fibras permite o desenvolvimento de dispositivos com a capacidade de filtrar sinais na �rea da fot�nica e de aplica��o em sistemas com sensores de alta precis�o. Neste contexto, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo a grava��o de diferentes tipos de redes de Bragg em fibra �tica polim�rica atrav�s do m�todo da m�scara de fase, e a caracteriza��o da sua resposta face a diferentes perturba��es externas. Estes dispositivos foram desenvolvidos atrav�s da implementa��o de novos conceitos experimentais, com o intuito de obter alta sensibilidade para aplica��es em ambientes reais. Estes s�o progressos importantes para uma produ��o mais f�cil, eficiente e mais diversificada de redes de Bragg em POF para futuras aplica��es fot�nicas.
