Diese beinhalten (verfassungs)-rechtliche Regelungen der Beziehungen zwischen einem Staat (Kin-state) und einer Minderheitengruppe (Kin-minority) in einem anderen Staat (Home-state) auf der Grundlage einer angenommenen gemeinsamen kulturellen Identit�t. Solche Gesetzestexte haben offenbar einen grenz�berschreitenden Charakter, da die Adressaten weder Staatsb�rger noch Einwohner des gesetzgebenden Staates sind. Dadurch scheint der Souver�nit�tsbereich des Home-state zumindest tangiert zu sein. Auch ist der Vorwurf der ethnisch bedingten Unterscheidung immer wieder zu h�ren. Die Arbeit fragt einerseits nach Legitimit�tsgr�nden einer solchen Politik innerhalb des Kontextes des Politischen Liberalismus. Andererseits liefert sie eine empirische Analyse der Kin-state Politiken ausgew�hlter osteurop�ischer Staaten.
