Ardeschyr Hagmaier, 1969 in Heidelberg geboren, absolvierte zunächst eine Ausbildung zum Versicherungsfachmann, anschließend eine Trainee-Ausbildung in Vertrieb und Marketing sowie eine Trainerausbildung beim INtem-Institut. Er war viele Jahre lang Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung, Vertriebsdirektor, Trainerausbilder und Verkaufstrainer bei der INtem Trainergruppe Seßler & Partner GmbH, bevor er sich 2008 mit seiner Firma traleco selbstständig machte.
