In einem weiteren Teil erfolgt eine Einsch�tzung der Gruppenpraxis als Institution der ambulanten Versorgung aus dem Systemzusammenhang, d.h. es wird untersucht, ob und in welchem Ausmass die Gruppenpraxis zur Verbesserung und/oder Entlastung von Pr�ventiv- und Betriebsmedizin sowie des station�ren Sektors beitragen kann. Im letzten Teil der Arbeit wird aufzuzeigen versucht, welche Anforderungen sich an Einrichtungen der ambulanten medizinischen Versorgung stellen unter Ber�cksichtigung der psychosozialen Faktoren von Krankheitsentstehung und Verlauf. Dabei werden unterschiedliche medizinsoziologische Definitions- und Erkl�rungsans�tze von Krankheit dargestellt und diskutiert, sowie gesundheitspolitische und organisatorische Konsequenzen und Konzepte vorgeschlagen.
