Immer war und ist es ein kleiner Tanz mit dem mehr oder weniger bewegten Leben. Und so habe ich Gedichte geschrieben und bereits ge-schriebene ausgew�hlt, um dem Tanz (des Lebens) und den vielen (Lebens-)T�nzerinnen und T�nzern zu huldi-gen, ganz gleich, welcher Tanz uns zum Tanzen bewegt. Viele Gedichte haben einen direkten Bezug zu Erleb-tem, sind aus dem erlebten Zauber heraus bewegte Ge-dichtschritte, die mich begleiten und leicht sein lassen (in schweren Zeiten), so wie das Gedicht Tanz am See, dessen Worte sich durch einen magischen Moment formten, als ich in den Zeiten von Corona beschwingt meine F��e durchs weiche Gras tanzen lie�, wo Indoor-Sport out war und wir also outdoor tanzten. Und was aus der Not heraus geboren wurde, erwies sich als unglaub-liche Bereicherung. Die Gedichte zeigen auch, wie wichtig der Atem, die Pause und damit die Stille, vor allem im Soul Motion, sind (eine Richtung des Conscious Dance). Alles bewegt sich, alles tanzt.
