Denn dies bietet einerseits einen �berblick �ber den Stand der Kontroverse und andererseits soll die Wiedergabe und Bewertung der vier Argumente das F�r und Wider der M�glichkeit r�ckwirkender Kausalit�t aufzeigen und in welche Richtung weitergedacht werden k�nnte. Des Weiteren ist auch die Frage "Ist r�ckwirkende Kausalit�t m�glich?" selbst nicht einfach. Hinter ihr verbergen sich zahlreiche andere wichtige Fragen. Die vermutlich wichtigste gilt es zuvor in Kapitel 5 zu stellen, n�mlich die einfach anmutende Frage, was Kausalit�t ist. Tats�chlich ist diese Frage sehr komplex, weshalb in dieser Arbeit auch nicht der Anspruch gestellt wird, sie wirklich befriedigend zu kl�ren. Gemeinhin wird gesagt, dass Ursachen immer fr�her gesch�hen als ihre Wirkungen; h�ufig wird als Grenzfall noch anerkannt, dass Ursachen mit ihren Wirkungen gleichzeitig sein k�nnen; doch manche halten es gar f�r denkbar, dass Ursachen nach ihren Wirkungen stattfinden. Besonders hinsichtlich des dritten Falles stellt sich gleich die Frage: Wenn dieser nicht vorkommt, ist dem dann blo� kontingenterweise so, oder h�tte das zwingendere, wom�glich logisch-begriffliche Gr�nde? Anders und gezielter gefragt: Ist der dritte Fall, ist r�ckwirkende Kausalit�t m�glich? Auf diese Fragen gibt es, wie auch auf andere Fragen nach der Kausalit�t, keine einfache Antwort.
