Vorliegende Arbeit untersucht verschiedene Erkl�rungsans�tze zu "Prosozialem Verhalten" und geht der Frage nach, inwiefern dieses durch bestimmte Pers�nlichkeitsmerkmale (mit)bestimmt wird. Warum helfen wir anderen Menschen? Wann tun wir dies? Wem helfen wir? In Bezug auf prosoziales Verhalten existieren viele Hypothesen und Theorien nebeneinander. Ich pers�nlich halte bestimmte Aspekte aus jeder Theorie f�r zutreffend, meiner Meinung nach ist alles miteinander verkn�pft. Deshalb werde ich im ersten Teil meiner Arbeit auf die Erkl�rungsans�tze der Evolutionspsychologie, auf den sozialen Austausch und auf die Empathie-Altruismus-Hypothese eingehen. Anschlie�end behandele ich die Frage, warum manche Menschen mehr helfen als andere, indem ich pers�nliche Determinanten, wie die altruistische Pers�nlichkeit, das Geschlecht, die kulturelle Pr�gung und die Stimmung und ihre Auswirkungen auf das prosoziale Verhalten darzustellen versuche.
