Beh�rdliche Zust�ndigkeiten bestehen in nur wenigen Bereichen wie zum Beispiel im Energie- und Telekommunikationsrecht sowie bei Finanzdienstleistungen. Anl�sslich der Verbraucherrechtstage 2016 hat das Bundesministerium der Justiz und f�r Verbraucherschutz zusammen mit renommierten und sachkundigen G�sten ausgelotet, ob und in welchen F�llen es sinnvoll sein kann, neue, erg�nzende Kompetenzen f�r Beh�rden zu schaffen, damit kollektive Verbraucherrechte besser als bisher durchgesetzt werden k�nnen. Ein vergleichender Blick fiel dabei auch auf entsprechende Instrumente in ausgew�hlten EU-Mitgliedstaaten (Niederlande, Gro�britannien) und den USA. Die diskutierten Themen sind Inhalt dieses Bandes.
