Dabei wurden die Referenzgebiete mit Blick darauf gew�hlt, dass es sich beim Umweltv�lkerrecht um ein gewohnheitsrechtlich verankertes Sch�digungsverbot zum Schutze der territorialen Souver�nit�t handelt, beim Welthandelsrecht und W�hrungsrecht das Sch�digungsverbot in Form einer vertraglichen Ausgestaltung vorliegt und beim Steuerrecht �berlegt werden kann, welche grunds�tzlichen �berlegungen zur Akzeptanz eines Sch�digungsverbots in einem Gebiet f�hren, das jedenfalls auf multilateraler Ebene noch nicht vertraglich durchdrungen ist.
