In der Zahlungsbilanz wird das Ausma� der internationalen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen quantitativ erfasst. Die M�r angeblich zu vermeidender Au�enhandelsbilanzdefizite wird ebenso ausger�umt wie der Glaube, durch Wechselkurspolitik die Leistungsbilanz eines Landes nachhaltig beeinflussen zu k�nnen. Zum Abschluss wird die Wirksamkeit geld- und fiskalpolitischer Ma�nahmen in offenen Volkswirtschaften untersucht.
