"Die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation hat in der Zeit von Carl Rogers ihre Wurzeln als eine wertsch�tzende, kooperative Praxis, die eine deutliche Verwandtschaft hat zu Thomas Gordon (Familienkonferenz) und zur Mediation, der Vermittlung in Konflikten durch einen allparteilichen Moderator." Die Motivierende Gespr�chsf�hrung, auch als motivationale Gespr�chsf�hrung bekannt, beruht ebenfalls auf der klientenzentrierten Therapie nach Carl Rogers. Trotz der gemeinsamen Wurzeln unterscheiden sich beide Gespr�chsf�hrungstechniken auch deutlich. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, durch den Vergleich zweier Gespr�chsf�hrungstechniken aufzuzeigen, welche spezifischen Eigenarten diese jeweils aufweisen. Bei den Gespr�chsf�hrungstechniken handelt es sich um die Motivierende Gespr�chsf�hrung und die Gewaltfreien Kommunikation. In der Arbeit werden im Folgenden relevante Eckpunkte der Gespr�chsf�hrungstechniken aufgef�hrt und dann miteinander verglichen.
