Im Zuge der Hartz-Gesetze und der damit einhergehenden Deregulierung der Arbeitnehmer�berlassung ist der Zeitarbeitsbranche ein regelrechter Boom widerfahren und die Anzahl der Zeitarbeitnehmer hat sich seit 2004 innerhalb von zwei Jahren nahezu verdoppelt. Seit jeher wird Zeitarbeit in den Medien stark diskutiert. W�hrend Leiharbeit auf der Arbeitgeberseite ein wichtiges Flexibilisierungsinstrument darstellt, um Besch�ftigungsschwankungen im Unternehmen auszugleichen, steht diese in st�ndiger Kritik bei den Gewerkschaften. Niedriges Lohnniveau im Vergleich zu dem betriebseigenen Personal, soziales Abseits sowie geringe �bernahmechancen sind einige zu nennende Faktoren, die kritisch beurteilt werden. Nichtsdestotrotz wird auf der anderen Seite argumentiert, dass Zeitarbeit einen Einstieg in das Berufsleben erm�glicht und somit zur Beendigung der Arbeitslosigkeit f�hrt. In dieser Arbeit wird aufgezeigt, inwiefern Zeitarbeit tats�chlich als Sprungbrett in das Erwerbsleben angesehen werden kann.
