(378)1 Hiermit weist er hin auf die Ohnmachtstellung der Christen in der heutigen Zeit, die nicht die politische Macht(postition) haben, um in einem gr��eren, nationalen oder internationalen Rahmen Friedenspolitik betreiben zu k�nnen, sondern in ihren Gemeinden und in ihrem unmittelbaren Alltag "effektiven Friedensdienst" (378) leisten wollen. Hofheinz weist darauf hin, dass hierbei keine Hilfe durch Predigten zu erwarten sei, da diese die konkreten Mittel zum Friedenstiften vermissen lassen. Da er die Meinung vertritt, dass eine Entfaltung der Friedensethik nicht ohne R�ckgriff auf die hierzu relevanten Bibelstellen denkbar ist, da ein christlicher Mensch in der Gemeinde ein vom H�ren des Wortes Gottes gepr�gtes Leben f�hrt, so m�chte er diesen Bezug zu Bibeltexten herstellen. Hierbei beschr�nkt er sich auf das Neue Testament, jedoch nicht ohne Hinweis auf die hermeneutische Pr�misse, dass die christliche Lebensform einer Gemeinde unmittelbar mit ihrem Ort in der Gottesgeschichte verkn�pft sei und die Lebensform einer Gemeinde ohne diese Geschichte nicht gewonnen werden k�nne. Er verortet die Friedensethik explizit im Rahmen einer kirchlichen Ethik, denn "die Kirche [hat] keine Sozialethik; die Kirche 'ist' eine Sozialethik"2, ist also nicht nur Reflexion und Begr�ndung, sondern Auspr�gung einer Lebensform. Die herausragende Rolle des Begriffs des Friedens zeigt sich auch an der 92fachen Verwendung dieses Begriffs im Neuen Testament, vor allem in den Evangelien, was auf eine enge Verbindung des Begriffs mit dem Werk und Leben Jesu Christi hinweist.
