Das Feature hat einen sehr starken regionalen-lokalen Bezug zur Salzburger Region Oberpinzgau, einem Teil des politischen Bezirks Zell am See. Die Region befindet sich im oberen Salzachtal. Zu Wort kommen Menschen aus den Gemeinden Neukirchen am Gro�venediger sowie Krimml. Vor allem in dieser Gemeinde ist Wasser seit vielen Jahrzehnten eine treibende Kraft der �rtlichen Wirtschaft, da die Wasserf�lle eine �ber die Grenzen �sterreichs bekannte Touristenattraktion darstellen.
