In diesem Band werden erstmals die wichtigsten Quellen der d�nischen Rechts- und Verfassungsgeschichte in deutscher Sprache ver�ffentlicht, beginnend mit dem Schonischen Kirchenrecht von 1171, dem J�tischen Gesetz von 1241 und den Stadtrechten von Ripen und Kopenhagen (13. Jahrhundert). F�r das 16. und 17. Jahrhundert werden Quellen zur Verfassungs-, Kirchen- und Strafrechtsgeschichte wiedergegeben. F�r die Zeit des Absolutismus sind die Lex Regia von 1665 und weitere Strafgesetze kennzeichnend.
