Das Gesetz zur Ordnung der nationalen Arbeit von 1934 schr�nkte gegen�ber der Weimarer Zeit die Rechte der Arbeitnehmer ein. Das Patentgesetz von 1936 verbesserte den Erfinderschutz, w�hrend das Aktiengesetz von 1937 die Aktiengesellschaft durch St�rkung der Verwaltung umgestaltete. Das Ehegesetz von 1938, das auch f�r �sterreich galt, brachte die lange erwartete Liberalisierung der Ehescheidung, aber auch eine Beeinflussung des Eherechts durch rassische und bev�lkerungspolitische Zielsetzungen. Die Judenfeindschaft des NS-Regimes zeigte sich in vielen Bereichen der Reichsgerichtsrechtsprechung. Die wirtschaftspolitischen Zielsetzungen des Nationalsozialismus machten sich vor allem in der umfangreichen Judikatur zum Vierjahresplan geltend.
