Ziel dieses Lehrbuches ist es, Studenten im Hauptstudium der Physik und Elektrotechnik sowie Ingenieure mit Bauelement-Erfahrungen an das interessante Arbeitsgebiet der Photovoltaik heranzuf�hren und ihnen sichere halbleitertechnische Kenntnisse f�r den Entwurf, die Herstellung und den Umgang mit dem Bauelement Solarzelle zu vermitteln. Dabei werden Grundkenntnisse der Halbleiterphysik vorausgesetzt, wie sie Studenten im Grundstudium der Elektrotechnik vermittelt werden. Der Inhalt wurde als Vorlesung am Fachbereich Elektrotechnik der Technischen Universit�t Berlin erarbeitet.
