Der Begriff "Geb�udeperformance" meint hier alle Geb�ude bezogenen physikalischen Eigenschaften, die im Entwurfsprozess planbar und w�hrend des Bauprozesses und im Betrieb kontrollierbar sind. Der Begriff "planbar" erfordert Berechnungsmodelle und -verfahren f�r die Bemessung und Auslegung, w�hrend "kontrollierbar" den Einsatz von Messtechnik und Vergleichsanalysen erfordert. Dieser erste von zwei B�nden stellt die ganzheitliche Geb�udebetrachtung, getragen von der Anwendung bauphysikalischer Zusammenh�nge, in der Planung und Ausf�hrung dar. Einem �berblick �ber die wesentlichen Materialien f�r W�rmed�mmung, Abdichtung, Luftdichtigkeit und Feuchteschutz sowie Erl�uterungen �ber Fugen folgt eine ausf�hrliche Darstellung der Hochbaukonstruktionen, beginnend bei der Baugrube.
