Some armchair philosophers have, consequently, given up the world as mad or stupid and will turn to the sports, rather than read the news or opinion, pages of newspapers. Many issues of concern to armchair philosophers, however, deserve greater attention and reflection by the rest of us. In this book, the opinions, of an armchair philosopher, on cultural, social, economic and political issues, which trouble individuals, Western civilization, the continent of Africa, and two countries, Nigeria and the United Kingdom, are discussed.
