A kitsch china dog conversing with a creepy carving of a devil.It all starts out feeling a little random but then you start to see the patterns emerging.Most of these pictures are about artifice, something pretending to be something it isn't. Much of the work deals with dreamlike, artificial spaces and objects. Many depict curious worlds in miniature; a doll's house interior, a tin boat on a crumpled tin sea or the fall of Rome modelled in sugar paste.
