He has now turned an informed eye upon the intractable "Northern Situation". He gives an anti-establishment analysis of the history of Ulster in the past 100 years. He contends that all British governments have deliberately manipulated both the so-called "industrious loyal" Protestants and "feckless" Catholics for their own economic purposes, and that the Dublin Government and the Church have co-operated in the matter.
