Really enjoyable
Marin Luther had a Wife (as well as Peterson's 2 other books of this catagory) is a short, easy, and enjoyable read. Using documents and personal letters, etc. the author gives us an intimate view of the lives of 5 great leaders of Christianity. Four had good marriages and one bad. All are shown as real people, not saints. Great book for a study group or just your own interest. Martin and Katie Luther were the most fun for me. She was certainly not a doormat. These are examples to us of how we couples can get along in spite of our own flaws as human beings.
