This was a fairly-life changing read. I'd LOVE for the author to get it into a second edition with a good editor so it can get more mainstream publication. But niggling editorial comments aside, this book Contained was BRAND NEW INFORMATION to me that I have not found anywhere else. My therapist lent me the book.
