Although I've come across people refusing to give De Sade's works a chance, this book is nothing short of amazing. Not only did I find it emotionally stimulating, but intellectually stimulating. I wrote down various quotes from this book because they were so thought provoking. I've read Justine multiple times and every time I gain something new from it. This book questions the line between vice and virtue and will possibly have you questioning your own beliefs. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read. I would even say that those who haven't read it are missing out. This book is incredible!
