Welcome to your Positivity JournalYour first step to a happier, healthier and easier life. This 6-week introductory journal is designed to be used in conjunction with the Positivity Journalling Manual.* It can be used on its own as the process is very simple and straightforward.Over the next 6 weeks you will be exploring the different facets of positivity: Week 1.
