It's a classic (and sort of amazing it hadn't been done even earlier) but this is an easy read not to learn new Leadership approaches but to see how Lincoln embodied them.

Highly recommend this book. Actually purchased this because I gave away another copy and didn't get it back. Tremendous character insight as well as tools for dealing with many situations. Felt like it armed me with all I needed to improve my leadership ability as well as being a better person. Cannot go wrong with this book.
