We looked for this cookbook after finding Michael's Rosemary Dijon Chicken and Haricots Verts in People magazine. The instructions and layout in this book are well done. It's not often that you find 15-20 recipes in a cookbook that you return to, time and time again. Okay, so truth be told, we've flagged more than 20 recipes for our go to meals. Every recipe has a picture, which is great for those folks new to Keto eating. A good picture takes the mystery out of a recipe at so many levels.
