Bought this based on the title and cover. Turned out to be a masterful debut by a new young writer. Wound up having to then find the sequel and read it too. Well worth the time and money on both. Interesting story, interesting characters, suspenseful, held my interest until the end -- of the sequel. Will be interesting to see what the author writes next.
