Inspiring
This is a very useful book about a subject which affects all. Ms. Dillow goes to the heart of the matter with her own and others' illustrations and testimonials about how the Bible and its rich teachings can truly turn things around for you. This works for her and many others. As stress and anxiety are common factors in everyday life, and just reading the book brings peace and insight on a daily plague, I would highly recommend this book.
