Even though I started in the middle of the series, I had to back track to the beginning and I haven't regretted a minute of it! Keep the coming, J.A.

A Quick, Enjoyable Read
I really really liked this book. Sure, it has its' flaws, but very few books are perfect.
I will continue with this series, because as I understand it, Konrath's Jack Daniels only gets better. Jack's partner is a food junkie. There was a bit too much discussion about that but that was minor. I actually had to get about half way through the book before I felt kindly toward Jack. At first she seemed rather abrasive and certainly didn't show much respect to much of anyone.
But I got over it, liked her in the end as well as her partner and am looking forward to continue this.
Mr. Konrather has a book out by the title of Afraid. He writes it under Jack Kilborn. It is really scarey. Check it out of you like King and Bishop.
