another great Charlotte and Thomas Pitt story. Anne Perry's subject matter is always unexpected , very modern themes in her victorian crime stories. They are good reads, I prefer to read the books in order as I enjoy the development of the characters as they go through their lives, it makes them come alive. This review is the same for all of her books.
