At first, Annie Lee's calls to the reassuring operators at poison control are harmless, but when Lucas overhears her seeking safety advice for her imaginary toddler, he reaches the end of his rope. It is only after a series of off-the-wall encounters involving an oversized diamond ring and its less than cordial owner that Annie Lee can finally turn her snow-globe world right side up again.
