Andrew Murray classic
A number of versions and print runs of this book give us a bit of a clue. It is a timeless classic providing guidance on prayer in easily digestible chunks. I read it as part of a prayer group meeting fortnightly having read one chapter over the two weeks. Andrew Murray uses plain speaking to incremently increase our understanding and faith that prayers can and will be answered. I strongly recommend this book to individuals and groups. Currently it is available for a fraction of its original price and I will buy a few extra copies to gift.
