Asa figures the date didn't kill Ralph, though he thinks it a good way to go. When he meets Loretta, the blind date, he changes his mind. He'd like a date with her himself. After someone shoots at Loretta's second beau, Asa finds himself dodging bullets. Someone saw him sitting on her front porch. He wants Loretta. In order to get her, he has to confess his hang-ups, corral Willy, and find the fellow who doesn't want anyone to have her.
