Question: Why Should I Read This Book? Answer: The answer to the aforementioned question is simple: this book is about you. Yes, it is. Allow me to explain. Dear Royals, Panhandlers and Hopeful Souls was written to tell a story. Obviously, this book is not a novel. It is a book of unpublished letters that need to be shared. Whether you are "privileged" or not so much, a young soldier or an old soul, a female or a male, there are pieces of you throughout this collection. There are moments within your childhood, snapshots of your beliefs (or former beliefs), thoughts that you have questioned, the very people that you want to honor (dare I say dishonor) all living in between these pages. We are all human beings. We shed tears, get annoyed, laugh out loud and experience deep passions regardless of our backgrounds or differences. Letters frozen in this book represent those who are gifted, those who dream of healing, justice, love. To put it best, it is a picture book (without pictures) of life. To tell you to read this "just because" would be wrong. I can tell you the benefits you would reap. It is a "perspective changer". There will be certain concepts and/or people you will never see the same. Is that a good thing? It absolutely is. As a result of reading Dear Royals, Panhandlers and Hopeful Souls, you will feel compelled to share ideas sparked by the book, with others. It may be one letter in particular, it may be a view that you have regarding a topic discovered. Sharing is not only an opportunity to teach but to learn. Sharing will support your growth. Dialogues lead to resolutions, clarity. The world needs more of that. Wouldn't you agree? Wouldn't it make you feel great to be a part of the solution? This collection of letters is divided into 3 sections: Speaking To The Concepts, For The People, Matrix, Systems and Chicken Soup. Each section designated to the title before it: * Speaking To The Concepts: addresses non living yet very real aspects of life. * For The People: engages different types of people we all encounter; some in passing, some daily, some in our imagination. * Matrix, Systems and Chicken Soup highlights politics and other more dynamics of the society we live in. Each section has a poem or three - such as life. Why should you buy this book? If you read this far, you will regret not continuing. Surrender. Please read and reply to questions at the end of the book. These questions are meant to provoke thoughts, substantiate a lesson and to articulate your views. Take notes using the free pages at the end of the book. Write your own letters. Doodle. Enjoy Dear Royals, Panhandlers and Hopeful Souls: 42 Unpublished Letters.
