Capablanca Teaches Fundamentals
Capablanca was a strong proponent of chess endings as a first step in learning about openings and middle games. In Chess Fundamentals Capablanca has the student review all three major components of the game. This work is an excellent book for the new student who is just learning the game or for a review by C and D category players that need to go back to the basics. The book is well written and the instruction is easy to follow.
