Pueblo Colorado Wash is an integral feature of the cultural landscape preserved at Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site (HUTR). In 2008, the park superintendent asked the NPS Water Resources Division (WRD) to assess the condition of the riparian-wetland system in response to these and other restoration and management activities.
