I wasn't expecting to like this book because I just don't care for paranormal stuff, but it wasn't really about that at all. It was a love story between two people who have emotional baggage from past relationships (who doesn't?), and the main conflict is that they each live very different lives in different cities. Sparks always makes his leading men so funny and charming. A sweet story about making sacrifices for love.
