The first edition of the Enzbrenner Family Cookbook not only brought extended family members together to share their recipes, but also bridged the gap between generations and reminded us, through the recipes of our grandmothers and great aunts, of our roots and heritage. And what a proud food heritage we Enzbrenners have! From bakery and brewery owners to chefs, home gardeners, food bloggers, and brewery illustrators, it's clear that this family loves cooking good food, discovering new recipes, and sharing what they've learned along the way. In this second edition, we have retained all original recipes and added nearly one hundred new ones!. Of course, technology has made it possible to take advantage of top notch layout, printing and binding, but these cosmetic changes aren't what will most impress the reader of the Enzbrenner Family Cookbook. Fresh new recipes, new contributors (some of whom were mere tots at the 1st edition's printing!), photos of actual, prepared recipes, and vintage family photos (just for fun), make this edition both a walk down memory lane and a glimpse at how our family's tastes have grown and changed over the years.
