Mr. Higgins gives us more of his reformed former IRA terrorist hero, Sean. If you can get past that unlikely past, then you will like this book. If you liked the other books in the series, then you'll like this one. I do miss the independent nature of Sean, he is now on the pay roll sort of how James Bond works for M.
