This is a wonderful, erudite and witty book created from the writings of the late Robert Schadewald. It's astonishing it wasn't picked up by a commercial publisher (which might possibly have given readers the advantage of some professional copyediting, though this is a trivial cavil), being instead published by family/friends -- to whom this reader is unabashedly grateful.
I've been recommending the book to friends of like mind and also through my blog: if you're interested in where the human mind goes to when it strays off the main road, and if you find books like Martin Gardner's Fads & Fallacies in the Name of Science unputdownable, you need this!
