I couldn't afford a first edition of Rachael Carlson's first book Under the Sea Wind, but this first UK printing does very well. I am filling up a space for older books that I want to re-read and keep together. This one does just that. It has the feel and look of the books I read when I was younger. I am ordering her next book and hope it feels just as old and weathered but in good condition, too.
