I really liked it - I liked the different story lines interwoven throughout, which were all very engrossing by the way. As for Max, just goes to show that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Lucky Again
If you have read the other "Lucky Santangelo" books, or if you read this one first and then go back and read the others, this one is great. Lucky is going back to her first business love "building world-class hotels in Las Vegas. She is busy planning her father Gino's 95th birthday, has given up Panther Studio, is still married to Lenny while Alex still wants her. Venus finds a new love with some trouble along the way, but it is "Max", Lucky's young teen daughter, who is following right in her mother's footsteps. Max is just a free living, loving teen who doesn't yet understand her mother's protectiveness untill she finds out a few of life's lessons when she get involved with an on-line love and of course trouble follows. It wouldn't be a "Lucky" book without the Bonnatti trouble and that comes from a surprise source. It has all the right touches as Lucky's family makes it way in the world today. A real good read.
