Superlative Story and Writing
It's great to find an author who can invent such a twisted serial killer and present him with such lovely prose. This is an exceptional book written by an exceptional author. In my opinion this novel reads better than Silence of the Lambs and begs to be made into a movie ... likely starring Johnny Depp as the flawed but driven detective Terry Naughton. I look forward to reading T. Jefferson Parker again.
