If you are looking for long lost information on dielectric phenomena, this is the book for you. Even has a simple experiment you can do which demonstrates the 'dielectric circuit'. The concept of 'dielectricty' is included in Kron's theories, if you don't know Kron, find out about him, his work was very important, but is generally hidden today from the public. You have to work hard to find out about the importance of dielectric phenomnon today. This book is worth the effort, nearly a 100 years old, but has some rare and important info.
