Excellent, excellent, eccellent. Mullaney tells a real human story here and gets what life if all about. A must read for leaders everywhere to help them keep what's important before them.

A Soldier's duty!
This book taught me a lot about the current war in Afghanistan. I don't know much about the military. However, it put a human face on this war. You can't help yourself wondering if the author is going to be okay, and not get hurt. He is going to be hurt in battle or in love? You felt his pain and vulnerability when he was unable to accomplish his mission of protecting all his men. This is a great a great book to teach you about the current war, the army, west point.
