I admire P D James tremendously and have enjoyed her books for years. Obviously this is a labor of love (of Jane Austin) but it was not up to Ms James' usual standards. I didn't feel that she came close to presenting the main characters with the characteristics evidenced in Pride and Prejudice. However, it is a quick read and kept my interest to the end.

A great story
As a fan of P,D, James, I looked forward to this book. I was not disappointed. She took the characters forward from the Jane Austin book and made it a very readable, enjoyable story.

P D James/Jane Austin
Excellent read. If you like the works of Jane Austin especially Pride and Prejudice I think you would agree.
